Immigration services for Colombia

Move to Colombiawithout carrying the paperwork

We handle the entire visa process: we identify the category that actually fits your profile, build the case file and file it with the Colombian immigration authority, with lawyers involved at every stage.

First conversation at no cost · We work in English and Spanish

Why hand it over

The paperwork stops being your problem

Most applications stall over formalities, not substance. Our job is to have those formalities resolved before anything is filed.

  • The right category from the start

We review your situation and tell you which visa category genuinely fits your profile, before you spend time on one that does not.

  • The case file built by us

Apostilles, official translations, certificates, forms and supporting evidence: we tell you exactly what to obtain, and we organise and review the rest.

  • Lawyers at every stage

Legal judgement is not an add-on you buy separately. It is built into the review of your file and into any response to an official request.

  • One point of contact

One person owns your case and tells you what is missing and where it stands. No email chains, no contradictory answers.

What's included

Full management, from first conversation to filing

We do not hand you a checklist and wish you luck. We do the work: you obtain the personal documents only you can obtain, and we take care of the rest.

  • Initial assessment of your profile and the visa categories available to you
  • Case strategy and a document list built for your specific situation
  • Legal review of every document before it becomes part of the file
  • Coordination of apostilles and official translations where required
  • Assembly, ordering and quality control of the complete case file
  • Filing with the Colombian immigration authority
  • Status monitoring and responses to any official requests for information
  • Guidance on what follows, such as the foreigner ID card (cédula de extranjería)

Official government fees and third-party services (apostilles, translations) are paid separately and quoted to you before we start.

How it works

Five steps, no surprises in between

Every stage ends with something concrete in your hands: an assessment, a list, a case file, a filing receipt.

Resolution times depend entirely on the Colombian immigration authority and vary by category and time of year. We do not commit to deadlines.

  1. First conversation

You tell us your situation on WhatsApp: nationality, what you do for a living, who is coming with you and what you want to do in Colombia. No cost, no commitment.

  2. Assessment and strategy

We review your profile and tell you which visa categories are viable for you, what each one requires and which to prioritise. From there you know what you are dealing with.

  3. Building the case file

You get a concrete list of what to obtain. As you send documents in, we review them, flag corrections and coordinate apostilles and official translations.

  4. Filing

We file the complete case with the Colombian immigration authority and confirm the filing receipt. From that point on, timing is set by the authority.

  5. Follow-up and next steps

We monitor the status and respond to any official request. If it is approved, we guide you through what comes next: the foreigner ID card and immigration registration.

What changes

Settling in, not filing paperwork

The goal is not a tidy folder. It is that you can focus on your move, your work and your family while the process runs.

  • You stop losing weeks interpreting requirements that differ depending on the source
  • You avoid the most common cause of delay: filing with an incorrectly issued document
  • You know from the start what you will spend on official fees and third-party services
  • You have someone to ask, in your own language, when a question comes up

Backing

Legal judgement, not templates

Every case file goes through legal review before it is filed. We do not work from generic forms downloaded off the internet: the category, the supporting evidence and the wording are matched to the specific case, because that is where a smooth process is won or lost.

  • Legal review of the case file before every filing
  • Responses to official requests included in the same service
  • Direct contact with the person handling your case, in English or Spanish

Frequently asked

What almost everyone asks first

See all questions
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. The decision rests solely with the Colombian immigration authority. What we can do is file the case in the right category, complete and properly supported, which is the part within our control.

How long does the process take?

Timing is set by the immigration authority and varies with the category, how complete the file is and current application volumes. Any estimate we give you is indicative, never a committed deadline.

Do I need to be in Colombia to start?

Not to begin. Much of the preparatory work is done remotely. If your case requires something in person, we tell you during the assessment, before you engage us.

Do you work in English?

Yes. The whole process can be run in English or Spanish, including documents and communication with the person handling your case.

Tell us your case and we will tell you where to start

One message with your nationality and what you do for a living is enough for us to tell you which categories are viable in your situation.

The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
