About
A team that takes on the whole process
We work with people who are moving to another country. That means deadlines that matter, documents issued in another language, and decisions with no room for a formal error.
Why we exist
Immigration cases rarely stall on their merits. They stall because a certificate was issued with the wrong date, because a translation did not carry the official standing it needed, or because the application was filed under a category that did not match the person’s actual profile.
Those mistakes are expensive: they cost months and sometimes force you to start over. And they are avoidable, as long as someone reviews the file with legal judgement before it is filed.
Vía Colombia was built around exactly that. We do not hand you instructions and leave you to it: we take on the case file, review it and file it.

How we work
Assessment before contract
We review your situation first and tell you what is viable. If we do not see a category that fits your case, we say so and we do not take it on.
One owner per case
One person knows your file and is your contact from start to finish. You do not repeat your story every time you write.
Honest expectations
We do not promise approvals or timelines. We tell you what is within our control, what depends on the authority, and what can go wrong.
Lawyers involved throughout
Legal judgement is built into the service, not quoted separately. Lawyers review the chosen category and the case file before every filing, and prepare the response to any request from the immigration authority.
We are a private immigration services firm. We have no affiliation with, representation of, or institutional relationship to any entity of the Government of Colombia.
Backing
Legal judgement, not templates
Every case file goes through legal review before it is filed. We do not work from generic forms downloaded off the internet: the category, the supporting evidence and the wording are matched to the specific case, because that is where a smooth process is won or lost.
- Legal review of the case file before every filing
- Responses to official requests included in the same service
- Direct contact with the person handling your case, in English or Spanish

Tell us your case and we will tell you where to start
One message with your nationality and what you do for a living is enough for us to tell you which categories are viable in your situation.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
