Full case management
We take on the case file, end to end
This is the main service and the only one you need to engage. It covers strategy, document preparation, legal review, filing and follow-up.

What we do not do
We would rather say it before you write to us, so you know exactly what you are engaging.
- We do not guarantee visa approval and we do not influence the decision: it rests with the Colombian immigration authority.
- We do not commit to resolution times, because they are not ours to control.
- We do not obtain or issue your personal source documents: you obtain those, and we tell you exactly which ones and how.
- We do not provide relocation, housing search, job search or banking services.
Frequently asked
Before you write to us
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. The decision rests solely with the Colombian immigration authority. What is within our control is filing the case in the right category, complete and properly supported.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the category, how complete the file is and the volume of applications the authority is handling. Any estimate we give you is indicative and never a committed deadline.
How much does the service cost?
Our fees depend on the category and the complexity of the case, and we send them to you in writing after the assessment. Official government fees and third-party services such as apostilles and translations are separate, and we tell you about those before we start.
Do I need to be in Colombia to start the process?
Not to begin. Much of the work is done remotely. If your case requires something in person, we tell you during the assessment, before you engage us.
What happens if the authority asks for more information?
Responding to official requests is included in the service. We prepare the response with the corresponding legal review and file it within the deadline set by the authority.
Can I bring my family?
Several categories allow a spouse or permanent partner and children to be included as beneficiaries. If that applies to you, mention it in the first conversation so we account for it from the assessment onwards.
What if I already applied and was refused?
It can be reviewed. We need to see what was filed and what the refusal was based on before telling you whether to reapply, apply under a different category or wait. You get an honest read, even when it is that reapplying is not advisable.
Do you work in English?
Yes. The whole process can be run in English or Spanish, including documents and communication with the person handling your case.
